NATURAL GEMS COMPANY has been in business since 1993. We exhibit at trade shows including Gem & Lapidary Wholesalers (G&LW) and International Gem & Jewelry (InterGem). We also ship out orders daily from our warehouse in Plainfield, Illinois by UPS and United States Postal Service.
Shipping and Pricing Information
ORDERS:
Minimum order amount is $100. All orders are Pre-paid with VISA or MasterCard. For orders less than $100, there will be a $15 surcharge. You can place orders on our website, fax your order to 1-800-883-8651, or e-mail your order to naturalgemsco@yahoo.com. You may also call in your order to 1-800-883-8650. For international orders, please call 1-815-609-3298.
PRICES:
Product prices are subject to change without notice. For volume buyers, especially in direct shipments from China, deep discount pricing is possible.
SHIPPING:
All orders from USA are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service. If you choose to have your order shipped through the United States Postal Service, please understand that we do not handle any lost or damaged package claims. It is your responsibility to handle any claim with USPS. International shipments vary in order to save our customers in shipping costs. We usually ship your order within 2 business days.
RETURNED CHECKS:
Returned checks will be charged a $25 fee.
RETURNS AND DAMAGES:
Returns are accepted with prior authorization and authorization number only. All returned items should be shipped to us within 10 days of receiving. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns other than damaged or shipping errors may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Closeout items cannot be returned.
CUSTOM ORDER:
Engraved letters on the products or products made to your specifications are available. Please call for details. These special orders are not returnable.
